A polyurethane spray machine is also known as a high-pressure polyurethane spray machine. Its operating principle is that, when used in a high-pressure sprayer, the polyurethane undergoes high-speed impact and vigorous rotation within a very small mixing chamber, resulting in thorough blending. The high‑speed motion causes the material to form fine mist droplets at the spray gun nozzle, which are then evenly applied to the surface of the object. Then spray it evenly over the object’s surface.
Polyurethane spray machines boast numerous features: they can apply and foam insulation to substrates of virtually any shape—whether flat, vertical, or overhead; round or spherical; or other complex, irregular forms—eliminating the need to fabricate costly molds. After spraying and foaming, the resulting insulation layer precisely conforms to the substrate’s contours, with no visible seams. The thermal insulation performance is outstanding, significantly boosting production efficiency. This technology is especially well suited for insulating large‑area, irregularly shaped components, with exceptionally fast application speeds. Moreover, polyurethane spray machines exhibit excellent adhesion to a wide range of materials, providing strong bonding to concrete and masonry, wood and steel, asphalt and rubber, ensuring robust attachment across all surfaces.
