Connect a clean spray gun to resume spraying.

Possible causes include: prolonged wear of the pump impeller; the rotating components in the hopper have been drawn into a void due to slurry that is too dry or dry powder unsuitable for mechanical operation. In such cases, the pump impeller will experience dry friction from the lack of material, quickly generating high temperatures and leading to overheating or even combustion.
4. If a pressure gauge is connected, its reading can indicate whether the machine is operating normally: if the gauge reads over 25 kg and discharge is very slow or absent, a blockage may have occurred, and the hose could collapse at any time, posing a risk of rupture. Stop the machine immediately, relieve the pressure in reverse, and then proceed with maintenance and cleaning.
