1. Instructions for Use
This equipment may only be operated by trained personnel.
It is necessary to understand the hazards of the coatings used.
If you accidentally spray paint onto your skin, seek medical attention immediately.
Overpressure modifications and the use of such equipment are strictly prohibited.
Collisions with and impacts on the cylinder are strictly prohibited; if any damage occurs, operation must be stopped immediately.
Electrostatic Fire Prevention
Comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to fire safety, electrical safety, and general safety.
Clear all sources of ignition, portable lamps, and plastic barriers from within and around the spray‑coating work area.
The spray‑coating work area shall be adequately ventilated to prevent the accumulation of flammable gases in the solvent and the coating during spraying.
The spray-painting work area must be equipped with effective fire-extinguishing equipment.
Open-flame operations, welding, smoking, engine starting, and switching electrical equipment are strictly prohibited in the spray‑coating work area.
During equipment operation, proper grounding must be maintained at all times. If static sparks or electric shocks occur, spraying must be stopped immediately.
Operational Safety Protection
Before spraying, all joints must be carefully inspected and tightened.
Before spraying, carefully inspect and confirm that the high-pressure hose is in good condition. If any damage is found, the entire hose must be replaced.
Before spraying, carefully inspect and confirm that the spray gun’s trigger safety device is functioning properly.
Before spraying, it is essential to review the coating’s technical specifications and verify that both the coating and the solvent are compatible with the equipment.
When spraying, you must wear safety goggles, gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator that meets safety and health standards.
Do not aim the spray gun at any part of another person’s body, nor place your hand in front of the nozzle.
It is strictly prohibited to use hands, the body, gloves, or rags to plug a leak.
It is strictly prohibited to drag high-pressure hoses across narrow spaces, sharp edges, hot surfaces, or under the weight of any object.
It is strictly prohibited to twist, excessively bend, or use high-pressure hoses to drag equipment.
Ensure that the inlet pressure gauge displays correctly; the inlet pressure downstream of the pressure-reducing valve must not exceed. 0.6 megapascal .
When stopping spraying, the spray gun trigger must be locked, and the sprayer’s drain valve must be opened.
When the inlet valve is open and pressure has not been relieved, it is strictly prohibited to disconnect components such as the paint pump, high-pressure hose, or spray gun.
After spraying is complete, the sprayer must be cleaned promptly and thoroughly inspected; any issues found should be repaired immediately.
