As a result, traditional manual brushing can no longer keep pace with the demands of modern construction schedules. At present, the operational expertise required for waterproof coating spray equipment has yet to be widely adopted in the industry; therefore, developing and promoting such equipment is crucial for boosting spraying efficiency and elevating overall application standards. Complex substrate preparation: Requires shot blasting to remove laitance, putty leveling, application of primer and seal coat, among other steps. Polyurea falls into this category. Wet-on-wet continuous spraying can achieve the desired thickness in a single pass; fast‑setting rubberized asphalt waterproofing coatings, acrylics, polyurethane waterproofing coatings, and methyl methacrylate coatings belong to this group. Prior to spraying, it is necessary to wait for the previous layer to cure fully before applying the next coat to reach the specified thickness.
