The polyurethane spraying machine is the main equipment for the production of aerated concrete. In order to ensure the performance of the product and enable it to be used normally, daily cleaning and maintenance is an important project. Here are a few points on the correct use and cleaning techniques of the product.
Both low-pressure and high-pressure machines of polyurethane spraying machines are used for two-component polyurethane. The high-pressure machine relies on high pressure to atomize the two materials and mix them at high pressure in the mixing chamber, so the equipment and high-pressure machine do not need to be cleaned after use. , and the low-pressure machine of the equipment relies on the motor to stir and rotate at high speed, and needs to be cleaned with MC or other solvents after use.
Since the polyurethane sprayer is a high-pressure device, be sure to read the precautions and warning slogans on the manual carefully when operating. First, after completing the spraying work, perform a pressure relief operation and allow the paint in the equipment to flow out from the return pipe to avoid deterioration and crystallization of the raw materials, and do a good job in maintaining the heating pipe.
After use, use detergent to clean the surface of the material lifting pump of the polyurethane sprayer , and store it in a protective tube containing host cleaning agent. It should be noted that industrial alcohol will gel the seals inside the equipment, so do not use industrial alcohol to clean the equipment. It should also be noted that when the interval between the last two uses exceeds 30 days, the entire device needs to be cleaned and sealed.
A simple-to-use foaming machine should perform high and low pressure cycles for 30 minutes every 1-2 days during the outage period. Observe whether the circulating cleaning fluid in the proportional cylinder of the polyurethane sprayer circulates normally and whether the cleaning fluid is turbid or crystallized. If there are any problems, ask for help. Replace in time. Materials that are not used for a long time should be replaced with DOP, etc.
