What is the operating principle of a non-curing sprayer? Let’s take a brief look at it together.
The main working component of the non-curing spraying machine is a double-acting pneumatic hydraulic booster pump, and the reversing device is a special type of pilot-operated fully pneumatically controlled gas distribution reversing device. After the compressed air enters, when the piston moves to the upper or lower end of the cylinder, the upper pilot valve or the lower pilot valve operates to control the air flow and instantly push the valve reversing device to change direction, causing the piston of the pneumatic motor to make stable and continuous reciprocating motion. In a paint plunger pump, the piston and plunger are rigidly connected, and the area of the piston is larger than the area of the plunger. This pressurizes the inhaled paint. The pressurized paint is transported to the airless spray gun through a high-pressure hose, and the hydraulic pressure is released at the airless nozzle. After instant atomization, it is sprayed onto the surface of the object to be painted to form a coating.
What are the advantages of non-curing sprayers?
1. The quality of the paint film is good, the coating is smooth and delicate, and there are no brush marks. It sprays and atomizes the paint into fine particles under pressure and distributes it evenly on the wall, so that the latex paint forms a flat, smooth and dense coating on the wall without brush marks or rolling marks, which is the original Brushing, roller coating and other methods are incomparable.
2. High coating efficiency. The spraying efficiency of a single person is as high as 200-500m2/h, which is 10-15 times that of manual brushing.
3. Good adhesion and long coating life. It uses high-pressure spray to make the atomized paint particles obtain strong kinetic energy; the paint particles can penetrate into the pores through kinetic energy, making the paint film denser, thereby enhancing the mechanical bite between the paint film and the wall surface, and improving the coating's durability. Adhesion, effectively extending the service life of the coating.
4. The film thickness is uniform and the coating utilization rate is high. The thickness of the manual brush roller is extremely uneven, generally 30-250 microns, and the coating utilization rate is low; however, airless spraying can easily obtain a coating with a thickness of 30 microns.
5. Easy access to nooks and crannies. Because high-pressure airless spraying is used, the spray paint does not contain air, and the paint can easily reach corners, gaps, and uneven parts that are difficult to paint. Especially for office ceilings with many air-conditioning and fire-fighting ducts, roller brushing construction is more difficult.
6. High viscosity paint can be sprayed, hand brushed, air sprayed, etc. It is only suitable for low viscosity paint. With the development of the economy and changes in people's concepts, it has become a fashion in our country to use interior and exterior wall paints instead of mosaics and ceramic tiles to decorate walls. Water-based latex paint is non-toxic, easy to clean, rich in color, and does not pollute the environment. , becoming a popular interior and exterior wall decoration material. But latex paint is a water-based paint with a high viscosity. During construction, general manufacturers have very strict restrictions on diluting the original paint with water, generally 10%-30% (except for special formula paints, a small amount of water can be added in a small amount without affecting the performance of the paint, as stated in the product instructions) recorded). Dilution will lead to poor film formation, and its texture, scrub resistance, and durability will be damaged to varying degrees. The degree of damage is directly proportional to the dilution, that is, the greater the dilution, the worse the quality of the paint film. If you strictly follow the manufacturer's dilution requirements, the viscosity of latex paint will be very high and difficult to apply. Such as roller coating, brushing or air spraying, the paint effect is difficult to satisfy. The currently popular method abroad is to use high-pressure airless spraying machines for construction.
