With continuous spraying, these atomized particles densely accumulate on the substrate. By moving the spray gun at a steady speed, the atomized putty forms a uniform coating on the wall.

1. Disadvantages of airless putty spraying: This method places relatively high demands on the substrate; the surface must be properly leveled before spraying, and no manual troweling is required. However, if the substrate is rough or uneven, the sprayed finish will retain those irregularities. It is typically suitable for flat, elevated front walls or repair work. We recommend applying two coats at a rate of approximately 400 m² per hour, using a low‑viscosity putty.
2. Disadvantages of air‑compressed spraying: After application, manual leveling is required, and the surface must be opened to apply putty. However, this method can be used on any wall or with high‑viscosity putty without disrupting existing procedures, making it widely applicable to all types of walls. The key advantage is speed—approximately 150 square meters per hour.
